UV Inkjet Printing on Plastics - Digital printing of high-resolution graphics

An inkjet printer applies permanent full-colour graphics on plastic and rubber substrates. The ink is cured by ultraviolet light (UV) immediately after application.

Used for:
The printer can print graphics onto customised promotional gifts, plastic business cards, membership cards, name badges, or mobile phone cases. It is used industrially for low-volume production of machine nameplates, and for printing logos and instructions onto plastic housings. It is also used by designers to create prototypes of packaging using production materials.

The resolution is up to 1800 dpi and different ink variants are available, including a hard UV ink with high resistance to scratches and chemicals, and a flexible UV ink that can be stretched up to 200 percent during post-processing.

All samples come with a laminated information card, which includes contact details for the supplier.
