Is it ok to return bought items?
Yes, you are welcome to return any unused items within 21 days of the delivery and I'll refund your payment for those items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Will it cost me anything?
Yes, you will have to pay for the shipping costs for returning the items.
Privacy
What do you do with my information?
When you purchase something from the store your name, address, email address, etc is collected, so we know where to ship the goods. We will only use the information to ship the materials to you.
What else do you collect?
We automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. Our web shop provider (Shopify) use that for different statistics, but we at MaterialSampleShop don't use that information.
Will you spam me?
No. You can sign up for our newsletter if you want to receive updates when we add new materials, offer discounts etc.
Will you give my information to anyone else?
We may disclose your personal information if the authorities (aka "The Law") asks for it.
Who else has access to my information?
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored on Shopify’s servers. They host more than 5.000.000 (yes, 5 million!) shops like MaterialSampleShop, so they know what they are doing and go to great lengths to protect your data.
In general, the third-party providers which the shop uses will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways (e.g. Paypal), have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

What about my credit card information?
We process payments directly through Shopify, Paypal or similar payment gateways and therefore never have access to your credit card information.
Shopify stores your purchase transaction data as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Do you track me?
The shop uses Google Analytics to help me learn about where the visitors come from and how they spend their time in the shop. The shops also uses cookies, which for example is used to remember if you have put things in the shopping cart. The cookies do no harm and some of the functionality of MaterialSampleShop depends on them. You can always disable them in your browser or delete them from your computer.
