Graphics, photos, and text are digitally printed on a coated polyester film and the ink is then transferred to the surface of plastic parts under heat and pressure (hot stamping). Digital printing allows for cost-effective decoration of low- to medium-volume products with a short lead time. It is possible to do customisation, unique graphics, or subsequent numbering on individual products.

Used for:
It is used to decorate promotional objects such as pens, cups, ice buckets, stirrers, and waiter trays. It is also used to decorate phone covers, cosmetic items, and signs.

Details:
The graphics are transferred to flat, round, cylindrical, or shaped geometries using standard hot-stamping machinery. The printing process produces full-colour graphics with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi, resulting in higher quality full-color imagery than traditional screen-printed transfers.

Create toys with individually unique graphics.

The sample:
The sample is a small tube with a diameter of 15 mm and a height of 60 mm.  

All samples come with a laminated information card, which includes contact details for the manufacturer.
