The tubing shrinks 50 % in diameter when heated, while retaining its length. It is made from a woven fabric of transverse modified polyolefin strands that shrink when heated, and longitudinal polyester fibers that don't shrink.

Details:
The fabric is very adaptable and can easily provide a snug fit over irregularly shaped objects. The tubing is available with a diameter of 6 mm to 110 mm before shrinkage. A simple heat gun can be used to heat the tubing to the shrink temperature of 110°C (150°C is recommended).
