Ultra-Flat Wire - Wire that can be hidden under carpet or paint

This paper-thin wire is typically used to power low-voltage lighting or to transmit computer, audio, and video signals. It is designed to be glued to walls, ceilings, and floors where it can be easily hidden under paint, wallpaper, or flooring.

Used for:

It is used for permanent wiring for speakers, televisions, and computers, where it eliminates the hassle and expense of a cumbersome in-wall installation.

The wire is made from a laminate of multiple layers of copper foils and polymer films, and it can therefore have multiple conductors (e.g. ground, neutral, and main). The wire can be bent to a 90-degree angle and works with special connectors and adapters that the user installs when the wire has been cut to length.

Use it to power LEDs in a lamp design, where the wire is a visible part of the design. It could also be combined with flexible solar cells to create an ultra-thin solution for outdoor mobile charging.
